Portraits of what matters most.

Whether you’re documenting this season or honoring generations, I’ll guide you through a portrait experience that’s easy, meaningful, and made just for you.

This isn’t just about photos.

You’ve probably said it:

“We should really do family photos sometime.”

But life is full. Kids grow fast. And somehow the moments we meant to capture slip quietly by.

These sessions are for you.

For the woman holding it all together.

For the one always behind the camera.

For the daughter honoring her mother.

For the grandmother who sees all the love her family holds.

Let’s slow things down.

Let’s make something meaningful.

What to Expect

1

Wardrobe & Session Planning

This is where most of the stress disappears. I’ll help select outfits for your family, often right from your closets. If not everyone can be present, I’ll provide clear style guidance so everything still photographs beautifully together. You don’t have to guess, overthink, or shop blindly — I’ve got you.

2

A Portrait Session That Moves at Your Pace

Family sessions unfold naturally. Some move quickly because little ones have short attention spans. Others take longer with outfit changes, breaks, or multiple groupings. We work with your family’s energy, not against it.

3

Choose What You Love

After your session, you’ll view your portraits and select your favorites. Most families choose albums, folio boxes (which include digitals), or wall art for their home. You only purchase what you truly love — nothing more.

Sessions begin at $490 and include a $400 product credit OR a gift of 5 mounted prints.

Your session fee not only reserves your time and planning support — it also includes a generous product credit or mounted prints, giving you a beautiful start on your custom artwork collection.

FAQs

What should we wear for family or generation sessions?

1

I’ve got you. I’ll come to your home and help coordinate outfits that feel like you, photograph beautifully, and work well together. You don’t need to buy new clothes or guess what will look good — we’ll figure it out together.

Can we include grandparents or extended family?

2

Absolutely. I don’t limit the number of people. Whether it’s your immediate family or four generations gathered together, these portraits are about love, legacy, and connection — and that includes everyone.

What if my kids (or husband) don’t cooperate?

3

Totally normal. I’ve worked with wiggly toddlers, shy teens, and camera-shy partners — everyone is gently guided into the process, without pressure. We’ll take breaks, follow their rhythm, and still create something beautiful.

Honestly? As long as it takes. Some sessions move quickly — especially with little ones who are done after 20 minutes — while others unfold more slowly with outfit changes or breaks to reset. I’ll guide the pace based on your people, your energy, and what helps everyone feel comfortable. No stress, no rush. We’ll get what we need without pushing anyone past their limits.

How long does a session take?

4

What’s the difference between a family and a generations session?

5

Family sessions focus on your immediate or small extended family. Generational portraits are designed to honor lineage — often including grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren. Both are fully guided and deeply meaningful.

Do you offer albums or wall art?

6

Yes — most families choose albums or folio boxes (which include digital images), and I offer custom-designed wall art with optional in-home installation. You’ll only purchase what you love.

Where do you photograph families in Colorado Springs?

7

Sessions can be held in my studio or at one of my curated outdoor locations throughout the Colorado Springs area — including Monument, Palmer Lake, and beyond. I’ll help choose the perfect setting for your vision.
